Describe how your body typically reacts to stress and how it relates to the responses mentioned in the reading.
Identify your personality type according to the reading and explain how this might affect your stress response.
Create a personalized plan with strategies for effectively managing stress.
There is an optional worksheet posted in the module that you may find helpful.
This paper should be no less than 2 pages in length, typed, double spaced, and in 12 pt. Times New Roman with appropriate margins. No references are necessary.
