Organizational Change

Organizational change is a serious undertaking. Read John Kotter’s eight-step proposal. Think, then, about your own organization and based on your knowledge and experience of it, which one or two first steps are most crucial for successful change and why? I have also attached a change process that has proven to be very effective – the 3D2E approach. Would this approach work in your work environment and why?
