Organisational Theory and Research

The assessment for this module is a 100% weighted ECA, 3000 word portfolio. The portfolio consists of 2 parts: 1. A 1500 word literature review 2. A 1500 word reflective essay and action plan. Individual students will work on their action plan in each lecture. Font Size – Arial 12 Line spacing – 1.5 3000 words – +/-10% (2700/3300). Excluded from word count – Action plan, end reference list and cover sheet etc. Page numbers must be included in the footer section, and Student name and number must be included in the Header section. Demonstrate understanding of the concepts and theories introduced in the module – 25% Evidence of wider reading and research – 25% The ability to develop an argument and critically reflect on alternative debates and thinking – 25% Evidence of a self-assessment of learning, skills and behaviours and an individual action plan – 25%
