Long Term Care Needs

This is a group project so I’m only required to answer Q6 of the project Looking at the MD I-95 region, provide long-term care needs of the region including resources of the census, HHS, and others to cover the following sections- 6. What are some of the programmatic and ethical issues that a LTC administrator faces in dealing with the rapidly growing special needs population and how can these issues be effectively integrated into optimal programs for this special population?
