Refund Policy for your own convenience

Although our company stresses on the importance of providing good quality writing services to all our clients, there may be a few cases where the client is not satisfied. In such a case, we do not let you down but offer an alternative for free revisions for our clients. It is appreciated if you ask for revisions before making requests for refund. However, if you still want your money back, it can be requested for the reasons stated below:

  • The writer is not able to meet the given deadline
  • If there is plagiarism detected in the work
  • The quality of the paper is not up to the standard
  • The work is not revised completely
  • There is no reply of our customer support team via email, chat or phone call within24 hours of the request

Review our refund policy for your own convenience. The refund can be requested to the Quality Assurance Department within 3 days of the order delivered to the client after that it is assumed that the client is satisfied with the product. Once your request for refund is approved, you will receive your money within 10-15 days. In case the client has not mentioned whether he wants a full refund or partial refund, the company will decide on its own.
